Through meticulous analysis and strategic creativity, we identified a prevalent pain point: a lack of distinctiveness amidst the line of Titan Skinn fragrances. Our tailored solution was meticulously crafted to redefine the experience, elevating Titan Skinn to unparalleled heights. The impact was profound and immediate. It quickly became evident that Titan Skinn occupied a unique position, priced between Rs.1000-2000 yet competing alongside prestigious brands commanding higher price points.
This observation illuminated Titan Skinn's aspiration to cater to the luxury segment at more accessible price points, presenting a compelling opportunity to carve out a distinct niche in the market.

Our field study further corroborated these findings, revealing key areas for improvement within the Titan Skinn line. We observed a disintegrated product line, a lack of cohesive brand language, and an absence of hierarchy, indicating the need for strategic alignment and brand refinement. Recognising the importance of understanding the target demographic, we conducted a trend study to delineate the age groups associated with each Titan Skinn line, informing our design approach and ensuring relevance to diverse consumer segments.

Moreover, our comprehensive CMF (Colour, Material, Finish) study played a pivotal role in refining the visual identity of Titan Skinn. By synthesising insights from our research, we developed a nuanced understanding of consumer preferences and market trends, informing our selection of colours, materials, and finishes to resonate with target demographics across all product lines.
