The Challenge
Modern life leaves little room for mental recovery. Endless screens, notifications, and high-pressure routines make it increasingly difficult to unwind, focus, or truly rest. The challenge was to design a calm, intuitive wellness device that could seamlessly fit into daily life without adding more digital noise. While delivering a meaningful, multi-sensory meditation experience.

Engineering Calm Through Product Design
To address the challenge of fragmented wellness experiences, Analogy Design approached this innovation as a tightly integrated hardware ecosystem. The team combined industrial design, CAD engineering, and human factors design to ensure the device was intuitive, calming, and effortless to use across daily routines. Through rapid prototyping and iterative testing, form, function and sensory performance were continuously refined to deliver a consistent and distraction-free wellness experience.
Grace Forever partnered with Analogy Design to develop the iDiya smart wellness device between 2021 and 2023.
A thoughtfully designed object that turns everyday moments into rituals of calm.
In a world driven by speed and constant stimulation, iDiya was created to bring attention back to the self. Grace Forever partnered with Analogy Design to translate the science of meditation into a tangible product that feels approachable, calming, and meaningful. The goal was not to build another app, but to design a physical anchor for wellness. One that encourages mindful pauses throughout the day.Our team focused on creating a product that combines light, sound, and scent into a single, harmonious experience. Through deep market research, conceptual design, and functional prototyping, iDiya evolved into a compact, palm-sized wellness companion. Every design decision, from its softly rounded form to its intuitive interaction, was guided by human-centered design principles and validated through iterative prototyping.

No Real Alternatives to Switch Off
For most users, meaningful meditation options are limited or inaccessible. Existing solutions either demand time, discipline, or ideal environments.

Apps That Feed Distraction
Notifications, infinite content loops, and screen dependency fracture focus, turning mindfulness into yet another source of cognitive overload.
Analogy addressed these challenges by delivering an end-to-end product design solution that integrates industrial design, rapid prototyping & Engineering into a single, cohesive system.
A unified, human centred wellness device designed for real-world use.
iDiya was developed as a multi-sensory wellness device that combines light, sound, and scent within a compact, palm-sized form. Through CAD engineering and functional prototyping, the product architecture was optimized to house LEDs, a speaker system, aroma diffusion, and electronics without compromising form or usability. Human factors design guided interaction decisions, ensuring intuitive setup, calming feedback, and minimal cognitive effort during use.A modular construction and energy-efficient LED system were engineered to improve product longevity and sustainability. By aligning design integrity with mechanical and electrical engineering, Analogy ensured iDiya could transition smoothly from working prototype to crowdfunding-ready hardware, built for global markets in the USA and Europe.
